At BUYDEEM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kitchenware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original BUYDEEM packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
